Kuratake Shrine
A shrine dedicated to praying for the safety of fishermen and navigation, located atop Kuratake, the highest peak in the Amakusa Islands. Its torii gate, seemingly floating in the sky, is known as the "Sky Gate" and is a popular photo spot.
